Include your support code
Every account has a code that starts with NONETV-. It lets us find your account without asking for anything else. You will find it in the app under Profile → Support ID, and on the screen that says access is blocked. If you opened this page from that screen, the code is already in the email subject.
Access blocked
An account is suspended when it breaks the Terms of Use or is the subject of a valid infringement notice. Write to us with your support code if you think this is a mistake. Once the suspension is lifted, tap Check again in the app and access returns immediately.
A channel or film won't play
None TV is a player and provides no content. Streams come from the provider that gave you your playlist, so a missing channel, a stream that buffers or an expired subscription is a question for that provider. If the app itself misbehaves — a crash, a screen that won't load — tell us and include your support code.
None TV — Destek
Destek kodunu ekle
Her hesabın NONETV- ile başlayan bir kodu vardır. Bu kodla, senden başka hiçbir bilgi istemeden hesabını buluruz. Kodu uygulamada Profil → Destek ID altında ve erişimin engellendiğini söyleyen ekranda bulursun. Bu sayfayı o ekrandan açtıysan kod e-postanın konusuna zaten yazılı.
Erişim engellendi
Bir hesap, Kullanım Şartları'nı ihlal ettiğinde ya da geçerli bir ihlal bildirimine konu olduğunda askıya alınır. Bunun bir hata olduğunu düşünüyorsan destek kodunla birlikte bize yaz. Askı kaldırıldığında uygulamada Yeniden denetle'ye dokun, erişim hemen geri gelir.
Bir kanal ya da film açılmıyor
None TV bir oynatıcıdır, içerik sunmaz. Yayınlar sana listeyi veren sağlayıcıdan gelir; eksik bir kanal, takılan bir yayın ya da süresi dolmuş bir abonelik o sağlayıcının konusudur. Uygulamanın kendisi sorun çıkarıyorsa — çökme, açılmayan bir ekran — bize yaz ve destek kodunu ekle.
