None TV — Terms of Use
None TV is a media player. It does not provide, host, transmit, cache, index, sell or recommend any channel, film, series or other content, and it is not affiliated with any content provider. The app plays the playlists you add. What those playlists contain is between you and whoever gave them to you.
1. What None TV is
None TV is an application for Android phones, tablets and Android TV that plays playlists in the M3U, Xtream Codes and Stalker portal formats. It ships with no channels, no playlists and no links to providers. Streams travel from your provider's servers directly to your device; our servers never receive, store or relay them and have no way of knowing what they contain.
2. Your playlists are your responsibility
You may only add playlists and streams that you have the right to watch — content you own, content that is free to receive, or a subscription from a provider that is licensed to offer it. Watching content you are not entitled to may be unlawful where you live. That decision and its consequences are yours; None TV does not inspect, filter, endorse or vouch for any playlist, and the presence of a playlist in the app is not a statement that it is lawful.
3. Copyright complaints
We host no streams, so we cannot take a stream down — a complaint about a stream belongs with the provider that serves it. If you believe a None TV account is being used to infringe your rights, write to nonetvapp@gmail.com with the material identified, the basis of your claim and your contact details. We act on valid notices, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that use the service to infringe.
4. Your account
The app creates an anonymous account for each device. Signing in with Google is optional and only links devices to one account. You are responsible for anyone who uses the app on your devices. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service or is the subject of a valid infringement notice. You can delete your account at any time by writing to the address above; see the Privacy Policy for what is kept and for how long.
5. Premium
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play. Google is the seller: price, currency, trial, renewal, cancellation and refunds are governed by Google Play's terms and by your statutory rights. You can cancel at any time in Google Play; access continues until the end of the paid period. Premium unlocks features of the player — such as more playlists, more devices and downloads — never content. Which features are included may change; if a change materially reduces what you paid for, we will say so in advance.
6. Acceptable use
You may not circumvent Premium or device limits, interfere with the service or its servers, resell or redistribute the app or its accounts, or use the app for anything unlawful. The app and its brand remain ours; you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them.
7. Availability and changes
None TV is provided as it is. Whether a stream plays depends on your provider and your network, neither of which we control. We may change, add or remove features and may stop the service, with reasonable notice where we can give it.
8. Warranty and liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, None TV is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for content, for the acts or outages of your provider, for loss of data, or for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers keep the right to bring disputes before the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts of their place of residence.
10. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

None TV bir medya oynatıcısıdır. Hiçbir kanal, film, dizi ya da başka bir içeriği sunmaz, barındırmaz, iletmez, önbelleğe almaz, dizinlemez, satmaz veya önermez; hiçbir içerik sağlayıcısıyla bağı yoktur. Uygulama senin eklediğin listeleri oynatır. O listelerin içinde ne olduğu, seninle sana listeyi veren arasındadır.
1. None TV nedir
None TV; Android telefon, tablet ve Android TV için M3U, Xtream Codes ve Stalker portal biçimindeki listeleri oynatan bir uygulamadır. İçinde kanal, liste ya da sağlayıcı bağlantısı yoktur. Yayınlar sağlayıcının sunucularından doğrudan cihazına gider; sunucularımız yayınları almaz, saklamaz, aktarmaz ve ne içerdiklerini bilemez.
2. Listelerin senin sorumluluğunda
Yalnızca izleme hakkına sahip olduğun listeleri ve yayınları ekleyebilirsin: sana ait içerik, serbestçe alınabilen içerik ya da bunu sunmaya yetkili bir sağlayıcıdan aldığın abonelik. Hakkın olmayan içeriği izlemek bulunduğun yerde hukuka aykırı olabilir. Bu karar ve sonuçları sana aittir; None TV hiçbir listeyi incelemez, süzmez, onaylamaz ya da doğruluğunu üstlenmez. Bir listenin uygulamada açılıyor olması, hukuka uygun olduğu anlamına gelmez.
3. Telif şikâyetleri
Hiçbir yayın barındırmadığımız için bir yayını kaldıramayız; bir yayına ilişkin şikâyetin muhatabı onu sunan sağlayıcıdır. Bir None TV hesabının haklarını ihlal etmek için kullanıldığını düşünüyorsan, söz konusu materyali, iddianın dayanağını ve iletişim bilgilerini nonetvapp@gmail.com adresine yaz. Geçerli bildirimlere işlem yaparız; hizmeti ihlal için kullanan hesapları askıya alabilir ya da kapatabiliriz.
4. Hesabın
Uygulama her cihaz için anonim bir hesap oluşturur. Google ile giriş isteğe bağlıdır ve yalnızca cihazları tek hesaba bağlar. Cihazlarında uygulamayı kullanan herkesten sen sorumlusun. Bu şartları ihlal eden, hizmeti kötüye kullanan ya da geçerli bir ihlal bildirimine konu olan hesapları askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz. Hesabını dilediğin zaman yukarıdaki adrese yazarak sildirebilirsin; neyin ne kadar süre tutulduğu Gizlilik Politikası'nda yazar.
5. Premium
Premium, Google Play üzerinden satılan ve kendini yenileyen bir aboneliktir. Satıcı Google'dır: fiyat, para birimi, deneme süresi, yenileme, iptal ve iade Google Play'in şartlarına ve yasal haklarına tabidir. Google Play'den dilediğin zaman iptal edebilirsin; erişim ödenen dönemin sonuna kadar sürer. Premium oynatıcının özelliklerini açar — daha fazla liste, daha fazla cihaz, indirme gibi — içerik değil. Kapsam değişebilir; bir değişiklik ödediğin şeyi belirgin biçimde azaltacaksa önceden söyleriz.
6. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Premium'u veya cihaz sınırlarını aşmaya çalışamaz, hizmete ya da sunucularına müdahale edemez, uygulamayı veya hesaplarını yeniden satamaz ya da dağıtamaz, uygulamayı hukuka aykırı bir amaçla kullanamazsın. Uygulama ve markası bize aittir; sana kişisel ve devredilemez bir kullanım lisansı verilir.
7. Erişilebilirlik ve değişiklikler
None TV olduğu gibi sunulur. Bir yayının açılıp açılmaması sağlayıcına ve ağına bağlıdır; ikisini de biz kontrol etmeyiz. Özellikleri değiştirebilir, ekleyebilir, kaldırabilir ve mümkün olduğunda makul bir süre önce haber vererek hizmeti sonlandırabiliriz.
8. Garanti ve sorumluluk
Hukukun izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde None TV hiçbir garanti olmaksızın sunulur; içerikten, sağlayıcının eylem ve kesintilerinden, veri kaybından ya da dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Sorumluluğun dışlanamadığı hallerde sorumluluk, talepten önceki on iki ayda bize ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır. Buradaki hiçbir hüküm, emredici hukuktan doğan tüketici haklarını kısıtlamaz.
9. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu şartlara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketiciler, uyuşmazlıkları yerleşim yerlerindeki tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve tüketici mahkemelerine götürme hakkını korur.
10. Şartlardaki değişiklikler
Bu şartlar değişirse, en üstteki tarih de onunla birlikte değişir. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmek yeni şartları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
